    Otis College of Art and Design is a private art and design school in the Westchester neighborhood of Westside Los Angeles, California. Established in 1918, it is LA’s first independent professional school of art, offering BFA and MFA degrees in fine art, graphic design, fashion design, digital media, and more.


    Exante360 provided ICT design and consulting services for OTIS’ 95,000 SF campus expansion. Our services included cabling infrastructure design for telecommunications connectivity to the existing buildings. Some of the systems that connected to the new infrastructure are: Voice and Data Networks, Wireless LAN and Voice Access Points, Telephone System Cabling, Telephone Handset Cabling, and Riser Distribution Cabling, LAN fiber and copper riser and distribution systems, Time and Attendance Clocks, Satellite Dishes and CATV.

    Our services also included the design of an integrated electronic security system that protects the facility, its occupants and its assets. The solution consists of an Access Control System (ACS) including servers, door controllers, card readers, lock interface, magnetic door contacts, motion sensors, and related software, Alarm Monitoring System, Video Surveillance System (VSS/ CCTV), Security Monitoring Stations and more.

    Exante360 provided consulting services for the Audio-visual (AV) systems at OTIS that included presentation systems, informational displays, video, kiosks, auditoriums, classrooms, conference rooms, video conferencing, and overhead paging and or background music.
