The LA County Downtown Los Angeles Mental Health Clinic (LACDMH) is a part of the largest county mental health department in our country, operating more than 80 programs and contracts with 700+ providers, including non-governmental agencies and individual practitioners who provide mental health services to all ages to support hope, wellness and recovery.

The Project is a complete interior and partial exterior remodel of the existing 25,000 square foot Downtown Mental Health Center, located on 529 S. Maple Avenue, Los Angeles, California.

Exante360 designed the new building security system –intrusion alarm, help buttons, alarm contacts, motion detectors as well as card access system, offline lock system, and CCTV system per LAC’s guidelines.

We also designed a new audiovisual system that included presentation, videoconferencing and entertainment systems for their training, meeting and waiting rooms. Our programming services included product selection, multiple options presentations, identification of solutions, single line diagrams and cable tray layouts in AutoDesk Revit.

Exante360 designed the teledata infrastructure that included coordination of space and pathways for telephone, data, and wireless systems. The design of the conduit and cable management system, the coordination of power requirements and drafting of locations of telephone and data outlets on floor plans was also a part of our scope of work.

In closing, Exante360 provided a design of their new fire alarm system that was compliant with local, state and federal codes.
