Hollywood, the entertainment capital of the world, is experiencing an era of redevelopment. An element of that redevelopment is the construction of several mixed-use properties, including 5750 Hollywood, which makes up the modern live-work-play urban setting. Targeting millennials with disposable include, the new construction of 5750 Hollywood, a 7-level residential building, includes indoor and outdoor amenity areas, two levels of subterranean parking, and live-work lofts fronting Hollywood Blvd. The building was designed to include the technological bells and whistles this generation expects.

As the technology consultant for the project, Exante360 provided design and coordination for all technology, including telecommunications, video intercom, security, emergency responder radio coverage (ERRC), and audiovisual programming. Technology drawings and specifications were created to meet the Schematic Design, Design Development, Permitting, and Construction Document milestones. Exante360 saw the technology design through to the start of construction, which during that time the project experienced an ownership change. With many different technologies and stakeholders during the life of the design process, maintaining communication and coordination was of paramount importance.
