The new Mercy hospital will consist of three levels below grade and 12 levels above, with 710,000 square feet under roof. Estimated construction completion is 2027.

Scope

Exante360 is responsible for the design of all security systems including access control and alarm monitoring, video surveillance, duress alarms, and infant security. As the old buildings are demolished to make way for the new building, the team is assessing existing security infrastructure to ensure the systems remain functional throughout the project. Coordination with the architectural/engineering team and communication with the client’s security and IT teams is imperative. Exante360’s team is involved from programming through commissioning.
